Everything was brilliant, down to the cleanliness, the complimentary snacks and being a small walk to the center. Also the customer service was phenomenal even though it's unmanned they were in constant contact through the day to make sure everything went well, I've stayed around the world and this was some of the best customer service we have received ☺️ we will most definitely come back!

Close to the Symphony Hall, so good for an overnight when gig and travel tickets have been committed to.

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Whilst key code entry, the staff responded quickly to my questions and were super helpful. I was able to leave my bag both before and after check in which was really helpful. Great location near the station and Bullring.

The location is perfect for any shows at the 02, literally a 2 minute walk away. Plenty of car parks close by too. The entrance and hallways were really clean and pleasing.
We had to wait outside 10 minutes for them to get the access code to us. Luckily it was a nice day.
The floor in the room was dirty with stains, the shower didn't drain properly and all you could smell was the drains for hours after a shower. And, the window didn't open so that wasn't ideal.
