The Olive Branch Guesthouse and Animal Sanctuary

They have a private pool for each of the houses,braai facilities and outside shower for hot days. The kitchen is equipped with a small stove,airfryer an toaster(my favorite because I love home cooked food). Awesome and friendly manager,he makes sure that you have everything you need!Generator available for incase of power outages.

We absolutely loved our stay at Olive Branch Guesthouse & Animal Sanctuary! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and friendliness by the owners, who made us feel right at home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What makes Olive Branch truly special is the opportunity to meet and enjoy all the wonderful animals that have been rescued, rehabilitated and cared for there. It was such a memorable experience getting to know their different personalities and stories. Our absolute favourites were Oumatjie the zebra and Skaaphond the sheep — who clearly believes he is a house dog and not a sheep at all! His personality had us completely charmed. You can really see the love, care and dedication that goes into looking after the animals, and it makes the experience so much more than just a stay — it is something truly special and memorable. We would highly recommend Olive Branch Guesthouse & Animal Sanctuary to anyone looking for comfortable, clean accommodation, friendly hospitality and a unique experience surrounded by wonderful animals. We certainly hope to visit again!

That we only stayed one night... that was unfortunately due to the short trip planned on our side. Next time we are staying longer!

The owner and staff are super friendly! The facilities are amazing- the wide variety of animals just makes the stay so much more inviting- I will definitely be returning!!!

The hot tub only has warm water coming from the shower head - the water is still cold, which is not ideal for the winter but perfect for the summer.
