The location was good. We flew into MIA and needed a place to accommodate two couples and two single ladies. The property was close to the airport and close to Port Everglades where we were cruising from the following morning. It was recently remodeled and every bedroom had a bathroom. The full kitchen was quite adequate with a coffee pot, coffee and creamer and was stocked with cold bottled water. We felt very safe with the completely gated back and side yard.The outdoor patio and pergola were lovely if one wanted to relax outside in the nice weather. The next morning, we found a market with a variety of breakfast items.

The fourth bedroom, which my husband and I chose, was the guest house and was a bit disappointing. The bathroom sink did not work. There was only one bath towel, with no wash clothes and no hand towels, so we did not shower before leaving for the cruise ship. 😟 There was only a sheet on the bed and the heat did not work, but I spread the bath towel over the sheet and was comfortable. This property was a new listing and in spite of some things that were not up to par in the stand alone guest house, it’s a delightful diamond in the rough. With a bit more tweaking, the guest house will be the icing on the cake for this unique property!
