Lia and family are excellent hosts and the property is very clean and has everything you need. The location is not far from the main road of Platanias but very quiet. There are very good restaurants nearby including on the hill near the property. There is a good butcher down the road and the beach is within 10 mins walk (going slowly). I would like to thank Lia and her family again for going above and beyond for my mother and I during our 2.5 week stay in September.

Maybe an instruction book would be useful for recycling/bin rules and for the appliances. They warere fairly easy to figure out but might be useful for some guests.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday home. The location was perfect, the property was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host was also exceptionally welcoming, and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I honestly can’t fault this holiday home. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return—simply amazing!

Very nice and responsive host, excellent location, quiet but still very close to the main road of Platanias, everything was there that we needed, also very nice gifts from the host (water, a bottle of wine etc.) You can tell it is a place where the family usually lives.

all was perfect
