The host always made us feel really comfortable and reassured us that they were there to support us 24/7. Tate made it clear that he was always just a message or call away, no matter how small the question or issue. Collecting the keys was extremely easy thanks to the lockbox at the property, which meant we could check in whenever suited us without feeling rushed or having to arrange to meet anyone beforehand. They also use an online check-in portal which was really useful, as it gave us the most up-to-date lockbox code as well as the parking and WiFi details all in one place. The property itself was very clean and honestly felt like it had recently had a deep clean - maybe we got lucky! 😜 The flexible sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for our group and the property had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and even had little touches like milk ready for tea, which was really appreciated. We were actually quite hesitant to book after seeing some of the more recent negative reviews, but there wasn't much else available that suited our needs so we decided to give it a chance. I'm really glad we did. From what we experienced, it looks like Tate and his team have taken the previous guest feedback seriously and made some big improvements. Everything was spot on and we had no issues at all. My only constructive feedback going forward would be to keep the cleaning standards as high as they were during our stay and definitely keep the check-in process exactly how it is. It worked perfectly for us and made the whole stay very easy.

Really cheap pricing, comfy beds and clean., for a one night theatre trip, this property was fine.

For 8 people we really needed a separate toilet from the bathroom and the area isn't the best.
