Great location. Ok for a short stay

The apartment is in an excellent location and overall is pleasant enough for a short stay. However, considering its very high rating, we were a bit disappointed by several aspects that could easily be improved. The main issue was cleanliness. The apartment did not feel properly clean and there was a noticeable musty, unpleasant smell, particularly from the sofa. I asked for an extra sheet simply to cover the sofa, explaining that the smell made it uncomfortable to sit on, but was told I would need to pay an additional fee for extra bedding. Given the circumstances, this felt quite unreasonable. The bathroom also needs some attention and refreshing. There was mold inside one of the cabinets, a crack in the bathtub, and the faucets and fixtures are quite old. Accessibility was another important issue for us. Before booking, I specifically asked whether the apartment was accessible and had an elevator, as my parents are around 80 years old. I was told that it was. While there is indeed an elevator, reaching the apartment still requires going down approximately 10 stairs. This is important information that should have been communicated in advance, as it caused considerable difficulty. Overall, everything in the apartment feels very minimal and basic, which did not match our expectations for a property rated 9.4. At that rating, I would expect an experience that is noticeably above average. The frustrating part is that the stay could be significantly improved with relatively small changes: a bottle of water for arriving guests, an additional set of keys, a small bedside table, complimentary extra bedding when needed, and above all a thorough deep cleaning and replacement or professional cleaning of the sofa. The apartment has great potential thanks to its location and layout, but in its current condition, our experience did not match the very high rating.

Great apartment for a group of friends or family to appreciate beautiful Vake district; live close to the city-center but far away from tourist’s fuss. If this is your first time in Tbilisi - probably look for something closer to the old town, since all the must-see are quite far. If you know the city well - this is the best place to be - lush with greenery, lots of shops and restaurants, quiet and elevated. Apartment is easy to find, well made and has almost everything you need. Stuff is helpful and responsive! We had an issue with WiFi, but it was resolved pretty quickly.

Bathroom fixtures (faucets) can be updated - don’t look good anymore. It would be nice to have a second pair of keys. Also, would be nice to have extra bedding available in the wardrobe somewhere. Thanks!
