Airy, clean, quiet. 2 bathrooms for the 3 of us made it easy. Lots of great local shops nearby - baker, pasta maker, butcher and greengrocer within the block! So near to the Cathedral and Piazza. Very secure. Well stocked kitchen. Owner regularly in contact to check all going ok.
Beds were ok - would prefer cotton/bamboo sheets rather than synthetic sheets

Fabulous host with local knowledge, kindly shared his comics to read. Stocked with compostable coffee and shampoo.
We were able to climb the stairs with bags but need to consider this is less able
