Excellent location. Very easy to walk to old town, Telliskivi and Balti Jaam and tram stop was nearby as was the railway station. Very good connection to personell. Easy check in and out. Grocery shop was also nearby, few minutes walk. Very good place for self catering.
Slightly dim light in the toilet for older eyes. And be aware that this is a loft and there are rather steep stairs to bedroom which is upstairs.

Very comfortable and bright apartment located in the vicinity of the city walls and center (just a leisurely walk away). Well equipped, clean and well furnished. There is a wooden staircase going up to the sleeping area. For people with mobility issues, this might be a detail to check with the host before booking the place.
The communication with the host was swift and friendly.
