The stuff was nice.
The room was big, the beds were comfortable with mosquito nets.
There's a bar and a restaurant at the place.
The location is not bad.
It's pretty expensive by the city standards and it's easy to find way better options once you know the city.
The bathroom was broken and not fixed (the usual thing in these countries) but we were given access to another room's bathroom (couldn't swap rooms because of a different number of beds).

The location is great, central to most attractions and eateries and next to a main road. The staff was very friendly. Waitress Evelyn was exceptional. Mphatso the manager is hands-on.
The meals are delicious. Enjoyed their English breakfast!
Very quiet spot.
The short, dusty access road.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, tailored service on request
Basic standards and missing basic facilities for business travellers (however on request arrangements can be made to fix any gaps)
