I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 9 Palms. The property offers a lovely atmosphere that makes it feel like a home away from home. I appreciated the overall experience and the opportunity to relax and unwind. It’s definitely the kind of accommodation I would consider returning to whenever I’m in Cape Town. One suggestion I would make is for the property to introduce a loyalty or rewards programme for returning guests. This could include discounted rates, exclusive offers, complimentary upgrades, or other benefits for frequent stays. It would be a great way to show appreciation to loyal guests and encourage repeat bookings, especially for those who regularly visit Cape Town.

Never had breakfast

There were stains and markings on the wall. It was never acknowledged about after bringing awareness to it. House keeping came into our room unannounced which felt slightly intrusive. Reception never informed us that there is house keeping and will be expected around certain times.

Location was excellent.

The smell of weed of someone smoking in one of the apartments.

Collection happens off site and it’s an added stop on the way there and back… other places have lock box facilities so it’s 1 stop only
