The location was absolutely amazing! It’s not far from the iconic St. John’s Church, one of the must-see photo spots in Santa Maddalena, and there’s also a supermarket just a few steps away. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The check-in process was also really easy—just simply enter the code on the door lock, and that’s it! No need to carry a key around, which was super convenient. Overall, it was a great place to stay and a perfect base for exploring Santa Maddalena and the surrounding area.

It was wonderful to be right in Santa Maddalena. We were able to walk to the Panorama Way and the St. Johann church in Ranui for the beautiful views. It was also only a half hour drive to Passo Delle Erbe.

It would have been nice to have some thicker, denser pillows on the beds. A small notebook with details about the property and things to do nearby would also be nice. These are just small suggestions.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and practically brand new, with great attention to detail. The bathroom is modern and well designed, and the kitchen is very functional and well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The temperature in the apartment was always comfortable, and overall the level of comfort was excellent. The sauna is a real highlight, a lovely extra that makes the stay even more enjoyable, especially after a day in the mountains. The covered parking space is also very convenient and adds extra value to the accommodation. Overall, this is a modern, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in the Dolomites, and we would definitely recommend it.

A few small aspects could be improved. The style of the apartment is perhaps a bit too minimalist, hollow clay bricks are probably too much, which slightly reduces the overall aesthetic impression. Considering the size of the apartment and that it can host up to six people, having a second bathroom would make the stay even more comfortable. In the kitchen, a toaster and a microwave would also be useful additions.
