Good location, multiple stations are quite close. Theres a konbini in less than a minute of walking. Walking to Sensōji temple without using any transportation is a blessing. The location also has a good amount of restaurants, bars and izakayas near. Good household items, had everything I needed.
The single person aparment's bathroom is really really small, it always was a struggle to use the toilet or the shower.
The AC was pretty loud, couldn't sleep when it was turned on.
Walls are decently thin and I heard my neighbors talking/fighting multiple nights. Sometimes even at 11 pm and close to midnight.

It’s convenient to walk to stations, depending on where you want to go. Just less than a min walk away and you have a convenience store.
The steps ): it’s really high and steep.. traveling with a huge luggage and climbing up and down the steps for check in/out is gonna be a workout.
Also the space might be tight for single traveler. If you’re claustrophobic, all the best
