Much quieter than we expected. There was a full kitchen, not just a kitchenette as advertised, and it was well-stocked with supplies, so we were very happy. Beds comfortable, with plenty of linens. Hosts were super responsive to requests or issues we had, and were extremely nice and helpful.
While overall it was pretty clean when we came in, the floors were not, and we had to mop them. We also found an item left over from a previous guest. However, the overall facility was very clean and well-maintained.

Die Unterkunft hat eine Top Lage!
Im Bad gab es Schimmel und es war sehr dreckig. Auch nach zwei Mal Nachfragen wurde nicht richtig geputzt. Von vier Herdplatten funktionierte nur eine. Zimmer sehr klein! (Ich hatte das grosse Apartment)

Great location, but still quiet. Clean and tidy place. A bit ascethic design. A bit if effort and a place vould be marvellous
All ok

Central neighborhood and calm street. Some shady drug dealers outside but normal big city stuff. Nice restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. AC worked well. Check in was efficient.
Ceiling height in my apartment was incredibly low. I am only 173 cm but banged my head a million times in the metal beams during my one month stay there. I am not sure if this space should be used for living at all. Couldn't even fit a cutting board in the "kitchen". No cleaning was included so I had to do that all myself. No elevator in the building.,

"The apartments are located in city center, near the central atractions of Madrid and has a bus station metro and local store within 200 m. The apartment is well equiped with everything one would need ..."
