- location: close to the train station (although be aware that it's an uphill climb from the station/the city and it's noisy when the trains pass through) - fully equipped kitchen - the apartment is bigger than I thought, it's was really spacious and there's a lot of storage space - wifi worked great - there's everything you need for a few days stay, just wish there was a washing machine - good contact with staff and easy to manage self check in and check out, we got all of the info before arrival and even got the manual for appliances (just wish there was a manual on how to open the blinds ;) - everything was generally clean - the views would be spectacular but unfortunately when we stayed there there was renovation works on the balcony and it wasn't accessible, not really the owner's fault and we got informed about it in advance

- the bathroom: no ventilation, the shower was flooding the whole bathroom when using the overhead showerhead - there's a window in the bathroom, right in the showe area, that is facing the outside staircase, although the glass in the window is milky, i was still feeling paranoid someone could snoop on me any time i was taking a shower - we couldn't figure out how to open the blinds, the staff said there's a button to lift them up but we couldn't find it - the remote control to turn on the lights in the dining area didn't work - the beds: while the mattress was generally comfy, there was only one really flat pillow provided for each bed so it wasn't comfortable for me to sleep on, I wish they provided more pillows - there's no AC, so it gets warm quickly, thankfully we could keep the windows open at night to air out the apartment - the floor in the kitchen is raised and i kept tripping because of it, so be careful when using kitchen - while everything seems clean the sofa and pillows on the sofa looked quite used up, one od the pillows was stained

Il confortevole appartamento. Dotato di tutti i confort. E la magnifica vista sulla splendida città di Lugano, raggiungibile percorrendo.il.lago in soli 5/7 minuti a piedi. La ciliegina della buonissima torta sono Luca e Anna, assistenza e supporto di classe. Grazie Quokka sei stata perfetta a 360gradi❤️.

Le lieu, près de tout pour des excursions (train, magasin, bord du lac), la vue, le confort des lits, la disposition du studio, la modernité du séjour et certains équipements (cuisine/tv). La réactivité du personnel.

Certains appareils de cuisine (mauvais batteur, grille-pain). La douche manquait d’eau chaude la 1ère fois. Odeur d’humidité en entrant la 1ère fois (après avoir aéré, ok). Nettoyage pas 100% (poussières au sol), le personnel a proposé de suite un nettoyage supplémentaire. La condamnation de l’armoire à habits et une autre consacrée aux éléments de ménage..nous avions la place dans l’armoire propre sous le micro-ondes et les tiroirs du bureau (un peu bizarre). Ascenseur en panne le jour du départ avec les valises (4ème étage).

The location near the train station was fabulous, the view from the balcony was superb, the apartment was well equiped and comfortable.

The coffee machine had pods that we could not find in lugano( we stayed for 11 days), but there was also a french press, so we ended up using that.
