It was clean when we got there, the facilities are free to use for everyone even though your in an apartment. It was around a 10/15 minute drive from central Patong which was okay, you couldn’t walk there as there’s a lot of steep roads
You have to pay a 5000 baht deposit upfront which isn’t mentioned until you get there, there’s no broom in the room so the floor gets dirty, you need to pay an extra 800 baht for room service which would include towels / new bedding etc however it’s not frequent it’s just when you need it. Whilst we were there, our last week the toilet started to leak from the bidet. Apart from this, the stay was lovely and the hosts were easy to contact

Air conditioning not working 4 days - 3 attempt to repair by Lofty Villa maintenance.
Difficult to contact Lofty Support team & Twin Sands staff not able to assist.
