The apartment is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and makes excellent use of the limited space. The location is perfect, close to everything yet surprisingly quiet despite the busy streets outside. Communication with the host was excellent throughout, from the clear check-in instructions to the helpful local recommendations and proactive support. This genuinely made our stay better. Despite the small bed, we slept very well, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Although the apartment’s size was clearly communicated in advance, we were still surprised by just how small it felt upon arrival. We also hadn’t noticed that the shower had no enclosure, which made showering a little challenging. The showerhead holder was loose, so we had to hold it while showering. We only informed the host at checkout, as we preferred not to have maintenance visits during our short stay. Having two bath towels instead of one bath towel (and three hand towels) would also have been more practical for two guests. The space might feel restrictive for stays longer than a few days, but once we adjusted, we really enjoyed our time there!

Excellent location in the Old Town (Vieux Nice), equipped with everything you need, and a very responsive and helpful owner.
