Easy to pick up keys. Online system worked well
Middle door had a weird system that didn't work well and wasn't explained how to use it with the key.
Numerous times during the stay, a very loud alarm was set off in the hallway by multiple people who obviously also didn't know how to use it.
Worked fine with online system

"The self check-in was smooth, we received all the information very accurately. First access to the building is via an application, internet is required. The keys to the apartment are in a key box next..."
