A reasonably priced apartment near to Media city. Good facilities, equipped kitchen, clean, beds made up and towels provided. Host answered questions when messaged.
We needed to carry equipment into the apartment overnight and it would have been helpful if there was a lift to the first floor. The road is very noisy if you have the windows open.

This felt like a home away from home, with the spacing in the house, the lighting, amenities, proximity to nearby places and responsiveness from the owner. The owner was very kind and responsive, we had some issues with the shower but we could inform him and in less than 15 minutes, he would have someone coming over to check on it. We really loved our stay and would be glad to revisit it again in future.
Lovely stay when in Manchester, great for vacation and also a work trip including additional working desks in the bedrooms as well. The place is well thought planned and organised.
Enjoyed our stay, some washing machine pods/detergent would be good for laundry but otherwise, fantastic accomodation.

It was close to my destination and bus stops were a few minutes walk away.
Their pots were of low quality. It burnt my food and I had to buy sponge to wash it. I didn’t meet any staff so I don’t know why I am being asked to rate them.

Very central, close to transport and shopping.
Opened the door at 4pm (check in time) to chaos. Beds had linen piled up in the middle, rubbish in the kitchen, bathroom filthy. The cleaners hadn’t been through. When they arrived there was excuse after excuse but no apologies. Received the list late, there’s only three of us. I told them that wasn’t my problem, that my check in time was 4pm and I expected the room to be ready at check in time. It was eventually cleaned when we got back from dinner but it certainly left a sour taste in our mouths. Windows didn’t close properly and the traffic noise went all night.
