All. Also at walking distance from a SM mall. Lots of restaurants there.
Nothing. Although I didn’t understand how to use the TV. Missed World Soccer matches.

Always like a solid bed, excellent tv/netflix and wifi signals
Sofa on the small side for family viewing.

Check-in process was smooth and easy. Jhing (owner) was really accommodating and helpful. I was grateful that I found their accomodation even at last minute. Also, Lira (caretaker) was also helpful. Thank you for saving me from a nightmare experience.
Re: Facility, accessible as walking distance to SM Bicutan, new and well maintained. Pool was clean.
Unit was fully equipped.

Host very responsive and the housekeeping as well. When a small issue arose, it was addressed promptly. They also let us borrow a hairdryer although it was not included in the booking (appreciate it!).
Location with direct access to the SM mall, very convenient.
Everything needed for small cooking and there is a washing machine and drying rack.
Room was a good size for our family of 3.
The room was clean but there were a few cockroaches running around that made me uncomfortable. I don't mind 2 or 3 showing up as it's common in this area, but there were a bit much for my taste. Once killed then it was fine. Something I am sure the host can work on to have removed. So not a biggie, because the room was clean and smelled good!
