Charging ports and storage throughout. - Inside Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, gas stove top, refrigerator, freezer, and basic cooking essentials. Includes service for 8. - Outside Kitchen: Includes a mini-fridge, large griddle, and grill. - Bathroom: Basic RV bathroom with shower/tub, the shower/tub is perfect for bathing little ones before bed. It works for adults as well but you know... it is small. Can include towels for up to 8. - Outdoor Living: Extend your living space with an automatic awning and included outdoor rug - TV with DVD player - Sometimes after a fun day of adventures it’s great to unwind and watch a show. If you travel to locations without internet for streaming, this RV includes a DVD player with a variety of family-friendly DVDs. - Outdoor chairs for 4 are included. - Storage –This RV has the storage you need for a family getaway. Bedrooms have built-in cabinets/dressers, shelves, several pantry cabinets for food, and more inside and out. - Air and Heat: Air conditioner for those hot days (must have a 30amp hookup). Propane heater to stay comfortable through cold nights. - Additional sleeping space: Beyond the master (sleeps 2) and the bunk room (sleeps 4), the main table folds down and the couch folds out. They both can sleep 1-2 people (depending on the size of the person) - Fully Furnished: This RV is ready to go with all essentials provided; bath towels, hand towels, dishes for 8, drying rack, cutting board and knives, bedding and pillows for up to 8, basic cookware (pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc.) Additional Notes: - I have an e4 weight distribution hitch that can be used, if not it will require a 2 5/16 ball. - I would not feel safe renting this out unless your vehicle can tow at least 10,000 pounds. - We expect that you refill propane tanks and empty black/grey water tanks before returning unless you choose for us to handle that for you for an additional fee.
