Location near hospital dan cozy homestay

The owner/staff a bit slow respond. She said the hotel was fully booked when we asked to extend, but apparently we can still extend our stay through the booking app :) I don't know why she lied 😄

No hay ruidos tanto de exterior como del interior por otros huespedes y se duerme muy bien, camas cómodas y el agua caliente funciona perfecto, está todo muy nuevo y la zona común te salva si quieres hacerte un desayuno ya que cuenta con microondas y un fregadero además de tazas, cucharas, etc...tiene nevera para dejar alimentos y agua, todo funciona perfectamente y el aire acondicionado no hace nada de ruido Acceso por código muy rápido con lo cual llegues a la hora que llegues no tienes problema de acceso y te mandan información por wasap Cama de matrimonio de 1,50 cm x 1,90 cm Comunicación muy fácil con el propietario...persona muy amable y siempre dispuesta Tiene 2 plazas de aparcamiento justo delante y cerca de la zona a 400m dispones de un 7-Eleven y otras tiendas de conveniencia además de lugares para comer Yo hubiera puesto un ventilador en el techo pero es por que me gusta y hace que no tengas que poner tanto el aire acondicionado pero es muy personal ya que sin el ventilador es igual de perfecto¡¡¡ volvería siempre a alojarme aquí es más puedes ir andando a los sitios... Valoración: Totalmente recomendable

Cleanliness , sometimes will smell bad

The place is quiet and nice to sleep in. There was a bar nearby, just 2 houses apart, but the it did not affect sleep. Attached bathroom is big. Check in was easy. There was a water refill station available. Table and chair provided at common space to be used. Sink come with some detergent for washing.

Parking was very limited. I drove a SUV, so if I park at the house garage, it can only fit my car. Hence I parked opposite the house which is the public parking. However, with smaller cars, it could fit two. If you try to look for parking during office hours (8am to 6pm) it is going to be a nightmare. There was a time when I end my work early and went back, I could not find any parking after 5 rounds of turning. If you drive a car, you might want to consider this factor.
