JAZ Elite Aurora

A Wonderful Stay at JAZ Elite Resort JAZ Elite is a beautiful and spacious resort, and we were very pleased with its location. The beaches are still wonderfully white and clean, and one of the things we particularly appreciated was that there were no local vendors constantly approaching guests with sales pitches. This made it possible to truly relax and enjoy the beach. The food at the resort is excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. There is something for everyone, and the quality was consistently very good. During our stay, we also used the PADI dive centre, Scuba World, located at the resort. We enjoyed two fantastic boat dives, and once again experienced highly knowledgeable instructors and a very professional approach. We would especially recommend taking a dive with the RIB boat — the trip itself is an experience and adds something special to the diving adventure. The SPA is also very well equipped, with excellent facilities and highly professional staff. It is a great place to relax and unwind. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room being cleaned twice a day, which was a very nice touch. The reservation system for the different à la carte restaurants was perhaps the only area where we experienced some difficulty. Making reservations was sometimes a little complicated and took some effort. However, in the end, we managed to dine at every restaurant during our one-week stay, which was well worth it. What really stood out to us was the attitude of the staff throughout the entire resort. From the security team and housekeeping staff to the entertainment team, restaurant employees and management, everyone was friendly, helpful, approachable and genuinely willing to assist. Conclusion JAZ Elite is a beautiful, welcoming and well-organised resort where everything is available to meet the needs of its guests.

A Few Constructive Points This is not meant as a negative comment on the review above, but rather as some constructive feedback. At the different restaurants, we felt that the dishes were sometimes served a little too quickly. A slightly slower pace between courses would make the dining experience even more enjoyable. We have already shared this feedback with the management. The hotel transfer, which is outsourced to a third-party company, also seemed somewhat expensive to us. We feel that the price could be positioned more reasonably, somewhere between the current rate and a more competitive market price.

The hotel is beautiful, so much thought has gone into the design. The pools are excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, secure and cool! The food options for all inclusive we're very good with A la Carte restaurants that you can book as well as the buffet option. Menus are slightly different at all the restaurants and the buffet options change daily so you never get bored.

Its a small point and not really the fault of the hotel, just other guests being inconsiderate "reserving" sun loungers all day and not using them. Its frustrating but a problem everywhere you go it seems. I think staff should remove towels if sun loungers don't appear to be being used for a period of time to allow others to use them. its more than a bit irritating when you arrive at the pool to find all the beds are taken but less than half the people there using them.
