The apartment itself was lovely. The beds were very comfy . Lovely clean bedding . Spacious and everything we needed. Nice homely touches such as plants and cushions.

The loud traffic noise ,we had to open the windows as so warm and it was so noisy. The carpet had long threads hanging onto the kitchen area ,trip hazard .I cut them off as my sister is partially sited. No cereal bowls ,only one that was cracked. Dirty dish sponges. The toilet flush kept sticking ,we had to take off the cistern lid and push the valve down or it would keep trickling water but not fill back up. The most important thing was that when we were dropped off by taxi on arrival after a long day travelling we arrived at 5 Trafford Rd which is an empty house near the apartment block ,I've sent Faiz an email about this ,it was most distressing as we thought we'd been scammed! It wasn't the address on the booking .com email .The apartment block was almost next to it but I didn't receive the code until I tried to ring Faiz .There was no answer at that point so it was very distressing .We were disappointed with the building ,very scruffy ,the area wasn't as near to the quays as advertised as we had no car. Smell of drains at night wasn't pleasant . Sorry but you need to know these points to avoid bad reviews in future.
