The location is amazing with great views is what sells this to us. Large and spacious We had a lovely time in Alicante but….

Owners need to just give the apartment a little attention as we found the following issues, nothing that ruined our stay but a basic things would make the stay more pleasant: No toilet seat in the small toilet )Reading reviews it’s been like this for a year!) Leak under the bathroom sink, we have had to put a bowl underneath. Shower head will not stay up on its pole. No working kettle. Only 4-5 small glasses, no wine, fizz or beer glasses. Only 2 mugs for 6 people (but there were 42 dinner and 40 side plates in the cupboard which were not all required). The Aircon in the lounge didn’t work. We reported these and was told someone would come and sort but they never came. Like I said a bit more attention to detail and this place could be perfect. Lastly it’s advertised as 2 bathrooms but one of these is just a toilet (with no toilet seat), so only one shower for 6 people.

The view is exceptional

The aircon in the main living area didn’t work. And there was 2 toilets but only one toilet seat

Elhelyezkedés, kilátás, nagy tágas lakás.Ha az apró hiányosságokat javítanák akkor tökéletes lenne a lakás minden szempontból.

Apró dolgok javításra szorulnának a vendégek kényelme érdekében.
