Bethany proper rentals are lovely. The adults could sit outside and watch the children ride bikes and scooters right out front. The trolley is handy. The pool is a nice bonus for taking a break from the beach.

We had a delightful time in Bethany visiting with family.The home was as depicted in the pictures. It is nicely equipped in the kitchen and the updates that have been made are great. Having both a gas and charcoal grill were a plus. It was a nice surprise to have bicycles and beach chairs available to us. We had 3 maintenance items that we documented immediately to the management company. One was addressed right away and fixed. One I asked to be fixed while we stayed there and it was not addressed and the other is a long term repair that needs to be addressed by the association.Overall our stay was without incident.
