We had a wonderful family vacation at Arena de Madeira! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo was exactly as advertised, updated, spotless, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to John’s Pass, which made it easy and convenient to explore shops, dining, and activities nearby. The owners truly thought of everything. The condo was fully supplied with towels, sheets, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and other toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and we especially appreciated the water dispenser and beverage refrigerator. For beach days, the condo provided beach chairs and a small cooler, which made heading out each day easy and convenient. The wraparound balcony offered stunning views of Madeira Beach, with chairs perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves, and enjoying morning coffee and evening sunsets. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and had plenty of loungers. It was never too crowded, and we often had it mostly to ourselves. There was one day when the elevator was temporarily out of service, but it was fixed quickly and communication from management was prompt and efficient.Overall, we would absolutely stay at Arena de Madeira again, and specifically this unit. We highly recommend it for a relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped beach getaway.

Very nice property. We very much enjoyed. Communication regarding check in and general rules could have been better if more concise.

The room was right on the beach with a large balcony. It is right next to Caddys so it can get a little loud.

Wonderful accommodations. The view was amazing!!
