We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was so relaxing. We met our Family halfway, some from Texas and some from Florida so we had 11 people and it was comfortable, especially out on the back porch enjoying the nice weather and fishing and alligator sighting were fun! Thank you for making this property available.

Sooooo relaxing! We enjoyed the wonderful inside arrangement and also the outside spaces. The grounds are beautifully manicured. Would highly recommend this property for any kind of outing. Its location is amazing! You can get to everything you need without fighting the interstate traffic.

The house needs maintenance work as well as cleaning. The freezer was filthy when we arrived. One of the sliding glass door handles was broken. The outside deck as well as the boat dock both need major repairs. (The day we arrived, the owner did message not to get on the dock due to needed repairs.) The ice maker did not work; we sent a message about that to the owner but received no reply. The morning after the first night, there were dozens of bugs in the downstairs bathroom. We had to close the door and put a towel at the bottom to keep the bugs from coming into the rest of the house. After contacting the owner, they sent an exterminator. The exterminator said the window in the bathroom was not closed tightly and that is where the bugs came in during the night (towards light). He killed the bugs but each morning there were still a few bugs in the bathroom. After that, we checked all windows. Most did close tightly but did not have any kind of locks on them for security. On a positive side, the bedrooms provided enough space for our extended family's stay. I would suggest putting luggage racks in each bedroom especially if there is not a dresser (downstairs guest room). We appreciated the labels on the light switches to identify which switches to use. My grandchildren enjoyed the outside area and seeing an alligator and turtles in the reservoir.
