This is a nice, new, modern style hotel. My room was a "no frills" room, which I like. It had a nice bathroom, a fridge, ironing board and iron, and computer desk with a comfortable chair. No microwave or coffee maker, which I generally don't use anyway. The clothes hanging rod was over the fridge (no separate closet) which was different, but worked fine for me. Overall a thumbs up!

The floor was dirty in the room with blonde hair everywhere. The building itself while new was in bad shape. You could tell the builders took shortcuts. The shower handle fell off in my hand when I tried to shower. No body wash in the dispenser that also wasn't locked correctly and fell off the wall when I used it. We were offered to switch rooms, however we had already unpacked everything and didn't feel like moving after a long drive to get there. Then the following morning the one elevator quit working and would only go to the 3rd floor. I was on the fourth floor. I'm disabled and could not use the stairs. On the good side, the general manager was absolutely wonderful, she was possibly the sweetest person on the planet. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the room was huge, but the negatives left a bad impression overall.

The first room we were in floor was covered in dog hair,second room had white fuzz balls all over we were tired so we put up with the fuzz.

Hotel was right off 95 and clean.

This hotel is nice and new. The walls are very thin though. We got a noise complaint regarding our 15 month old. I don’t know what people expect from parents traveling with babies.

Close to 95 , free parking and breakfast ( decent ) , took a while to get checked in ( think he was training ) , fire alarm at midnight - we all went out - nobody from management even bothered to update us on what’s happening- eventually we got back in after fire Marshall ? allowed it Who’s in charge?

Our room was dirty and smelled strongly of cologne when we entered the room. The sink had hair in it and we wondered if the room had really been cleaned or just touched up before our stay. The rooms seemed gloomy and cold.

Amazing comfortable stay. They have wonderful people to go with great facilities. Shoutout in particular to McKenzie who with Nina and Denise guided us in enjoying all that Tru by Hilton has to offer. We hope to see you again soon

What a wonderful experience! Dee at check in was a breath of fresh air. Her energy and friendliness was superb. Great breakfast. Wonderful lobby with a really neat vibe. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel itself high marks but advertised EV charger not available. When asked about, staff knew it was incorrectly advertised on website but could not do anything about it. Unacceptable.

Check in was difficult. Lines were long and the hotel was unable to locate my reservation. Additionally, they did not accept my Hilton honors since I booked through hotels.com. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Would stay again.

If you like squeezing your soap out of a tube that other guests also touch than this place is for YOU ! The decor is not pleasing, the soap issues horrendous , the coffee was like water , Obviously I will never book this Tru again , paid 150. For the night and was with 80 , brand new hotel , the bed was comfortable however the rest of the room was Not ! No microwave, no coffee maker , I wouldn’t even recommend for a traveler just needing to spend a night , like we did !

I have stayed at countless hotels but have never bother to give a review. The greeting at the desk was great, all they requested was my driver’s licenses and I was handed the key. When I reached my room, it was the cleanest room I ever saw. How they achieved this was other than the bed there is not what you would call furniture, the desk, the night table, storage, the seating where all ventilated metal, either screwed into the wall or on wheels. There was also no carpeting, instead there was artificial wood flooring with embossed texture. Now this all came at a price of comfort, The room is defiantly a one-night stay, since there was no furniture to speak of there were no drawers, there wasn’t even a closet. In place of a closet, they had an L shape bar screwed into the wall and the ceiling with hangers. At night if you had to get up you were greeted with a cold floor and the embossed print that was not pleasant to walk on. But that was the least of the problem with this room. This hotel is situated about 100 yards from I-95, one of the busiest roadways in the country. When I got under the covers and closed my eyes the sound gave me the image of the bed being set in the middle of a landing strip, the only thing that would bring me back to reality was the occasional motorcycle roaring by. What I recommend if you want a unique experience stay at this hotel, but if you want comfort and rest what you would expect from any hotel don’t stay here.

Property was clean and modern. Front staff was excellent. Having wood floors when traveling with dogs is nice, but you hear every step from the room above you. Over all, a very good experience.

We paid through Expedia and have confirmation and receipt. Hotel has just charged us again for the same room and arguing with us that we have to take this up with Expedia and they can’t do anything about it.
