Great area. A 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Would stay here again the next time I’m in town.

Really great spot a block off the beach. Nice size space with kicking AC.
Communication throughout was top notch.

The property itself is very nice and conveniently located about 4 minutes from the beach, with numerous bars and restaurants nearby. However, I encountered an issue with the booking details. The website advertised free parking, but the email confirmation indicated that parking was not included. Although there are alternative parking options available, they cost around $30-$40 per day. Fortunately, I was able to communicate directly with the management company, who were very patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. It would be helpful if the website and confirmation emails were more consistent regarding parking information to avoid confusion. I would highly recommend staying at this property. A+++
