Mementos by ITC Hotels Jaipur

The property is amazing and more importantly the whole team of staff from the front desk, security, restaurant the whole team was amazing. I would particularly recall the excellent onboarding by Kankana and seamless checkout facilitated by Srishti, Ajitesh at the breakfast table made sure we get served the best way. His team members Jaydeep, Shlok all were extremely attentive to our needs. This was my father’s 70th birthday and the team went above and beyond to make it memorable .. truly impressed by the whole experience

None .. all good ..

Wonderful staff, extremely warm and friendly, supportive and goes out of their way to assist us

Off the main road with no signage. That’s a Management prerogative and nothing to do with the team members.

It’s a beautiful property living up to ITC levels… impeccably clean and beautiful.A generous lay of high tea sets it ahead of all other luxury hotels.

It’s a beautiful property but quite away from Jaipur city.

The property was huge and beautiful. The peacocks roaming around was a bonus and the rooms were huge and clean and really accessible.

The service was not upto ITC standards. We faced multiple electricity cuts and the staff was not helpful at all.
