Atour Hotel Shanghai Lujiazui South Pudong Road

I have a chance to stay in this hotel. The room is super clean, staff was very very nice and helpful. I forgot my phone in Didi and they help me to call Customer service, contact the driver and help me to find my phone back. The staff was super nice. I would strongly recommend to stay here.

Nothing

The layout of the rooms was super practical. It’s not the most luxurious but you can tell every attention was paid. Rooms are surprisingly spacious and very clean.

On the first night of checking in there was someone smoking heavily in the corridors as well as in their room. The whole floor was filled with thick smoke it was unbearable and unacceptable. The staff did help me move to a new floor and new room but they definitely need to sort out the smoking situation!

Es un buen hotel, bastante bien ubicado, impecable y con un muy buen desayuno teniendo en cuenta que es oriente.

faltaria que tenga servicio de cena

Service desk staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make everything comfortable for us. There was some mix up with the booking, but they were very accomodating and fixed up everything for us smoothly. Housekeeping was also excellent. Everything was clean and when we requested extra amenities, she was very friendly, and accomodating. We loved the breakfast and supper. Breakfast is filled with a great variety of dishes, Western and Chinese cuisine, very delicious and always well replenished. Couldn’t ask for better at this price point. There are also a gym, 3 washing machines and 3 dryers with full amenities.

The location is not as close to the metro station as indicated. It is quite a bit of a walk, and having to go through an underpass without a ramp with suitcases is not ideal. The closest metro station is Shangcheng Rd station on Line 9.
