Avoir un accueil à l'arrivé. Avoir une personne physique sur place pour nous guider.

The apartment was very nice and clean with a beautiful view, the host was very kind, he was attentive to my requests, I lost the keys and he did not hesitate to give me new ones, the location was perfect, when you leave there is the shopping center, shops, restaurants and the supermarket is in front of me, I would repeat this stay

Nice flat, uber clean, great location
No toiletries. The heating didn't work and was fixed with stand alone heaters after 3 days. No powder for the washing machine. The windows look onto a horrible construction site with all the attendant noise from 7am. Had a power cut.
