The Indy House by LovelyStay

Lovely quirky property. Very comfortable bed, although we both cracked our head on the sloping ceiling while negotiating the bathroom! Very well equipped living area. We didn’t use the garden (too busy sightseeing!) but it looked fabulous.

SO many notices! SO many instructions, some of them contradictory! Several notices saying to leave the key card in the room when leaving, but my exit email asked me to leave the card in the key safe! The instruction booklet asked us the take all trash to the bins on leaving - we searched the property and could find no bins or any staff to ask! Very frustrating ! We ended up leaving it in the room! Lots of negative notices about the cost of replacing items in the room - from the duvet to the tea towel and everything in between! So many notices! I got tired or reading them all! I felt like we were expected to be bad guests!

Cool building decorated in vintage style. Nice large outside garden with plenty of separate areas for an uncrowded feel for drinking and dining. The shared kitchen with complementary coffee is a big plus. Only about 100M from Largo do Intendente square with 5 nice restaurants! Lidl grocery a block away. Convenient without the crowds or higher prices elsewhere in Lisbon

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable - with cute sweets.

The Facility is nice but the garden and common spaces feel empty and not used at all, because everything is automated. The building has no soul, which the pictures suggest. Just a small message, please increase the storage space in the bathrooms - it would make a big difference. Also, our shower was leaking and created big puddles of water but there is no one to easy report this to or speak to.

Das zimmer war sehr süß eingerichtet die Gemeinschafts Bereiche waren auch sehr süß

Die dusche hatte paar Schimmel flecken und etwas Rost und das Waschbecken viel zu klein. Stromausfall war nicht so toll da man über die nacht handy etc laden wollte etc
