Dieses Ferienhaus (Rauchen nicht erlaubt) ist nicht weit vom Jachthafen und vom Meer entfernt. Isle of Palms Beach und Front Beach sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, also lass das Auto einfach an der Unterkunft stehen, die praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände bietet.

Verbring Zeit am nahe gelegenen Strand, entspann am Privatpool oder trink etwas auf der Terrasse oder im Patio dieser Ferienwohnung mit 236 Quadratmetern. Auch einen Grill kannst du nutzen. This beach house exceeded our expectations! The layout is fantastic for a group, with lots of room to spread out and relax—including a porch swing bed we couldn’t get enough of. The pool is just the right size and looks out over a gorgeous yard that leads directly to the beach. The home blends “old school” beach house charm with modern updates, and we especially appreciated the number of bathrooms, the spacious and well‑stocked kitchen, and the shaded area under the house where kids could hang out. Friendly neighbors were the icing on the cake. An absolutely wonderful place—we’d love to come back!

The home is wonderful with many amenities. The ocean is visible from the property and the beach is only a few minutes walk. Communication with Island Realty was easy and pleasant. The only cleanliness issue I had was that there was pet hair on the cushioned furniture by the pool. A few suggestions that would secure a repeat stay for us would be to have the option for a heated pool, a couple of memory foam mattress toppers available for guests that don't prefer firm mattresses, and upgrade to 2 ply toilet paper!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an older beach house with those nice beach vibes. However, it could use some TLC particularly on the from porch and areas under the house. Very dirty on the front porch and the screen door did not shut properly. The fence in front of the house looks pretty shabby. We reported two issues after we left, so not sure if they were addressed later- toilet that wasn't set properly & a fan that was about to fall down. In the kitchen there was no carafe for the coffee pot and the silverware is very sparse.(Bring your own) However two refrigerators available and lots of pots and pans, glassware and plates. There is a new house being built next door, so it could get noisy.(Fall / Winter 2022)Nice new pool but not heated. Great views and walkover. An enclosed gazebo at the walkover is very nice.
