This one of a kind loft has a very spacious floor plan, and all the amenities you would need for any length of stay! Centrally located and dog friendly, with a free garage parking space! This is the perfect loft for your visit to Kansas City.
1300sf of space packed with 2 TV`s, Queen beds, Netflix, high-speed internet, and everything else you could need. Please reach out with any questions, I would love to host you!
Heads up, this is an older building so the walls can be a bit thin.
Please note the two sleeping areas are not fully enclosed rooms. One is a room with no door and one is a loft area above the condo. Both sleeping areas do offer privacy.
There is PLENTY of street parking right in front of the apartment on admiral blvd or the cross streets.
Downtown KC; 1 minute from river market and 1 minute from Power and Light
Uber, or street car
By booking with us you waive all liability for personal injury and property loss. Do not use alcohol in excess and please exercise caution while at the property. Injuries are no fun for anyone and we want you to do nothing but enjoy your stay! There are absolutely no parties allowed and guests who break the house rules will lose their deposit, be evicted, and be immediately charged for any damages to the home. Simply treat the apartment with respect and you’ll have a wonderful stay.

The loft itself was spacious, simple, and very large. I found it to be a unique space, and I love unique spaces. There were plenty of dishes, a coffee pot, and simple condiments for coffee. The bed was comfortable, closet was spacious, and it had a washer/dryer. The bathroom was quaint but clean. The loft is located in a great spot; then City Market & KC Convention Center were within walking distance, which I did as I was watching my daughter coach at a VB tournament. LOVED the City Market. I used the parking garage but it is definitely small and a little weird to navigate. However, I did use it & it felt safe. I will definitely stay again if/when I return.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. Location was amazing and central to shops and restaurants. The loft was very cozy and had a great experience!

I truly hate to downgrade anywhere, but the communication with the host was simply awful to me.I asked several times for check-in instructions, and did not have them when we left to drive to KC - very frustrating and nerve-wracking. Then when we arrived, we could not get in, and when I asked for a contact number, the response was to check the codes again!!! We finally got a call and were able to get in, but after a long drive on a hot day, I was more than a little upset.Other than that, the place is as advertised and was comfortable. I wish the communication process was better - ironically, once we were inside, there was a nice sheet listing all of the phone numbers to contact with issues - why isn't that part of the check-in instructions????
