We stayed for our sons 18th birthday! I loved that it was so peaceful, clean, kitchen was massive, beds were super comfy, both bathrooms were large, the balcony was spacious. It all around felt like home! We will be staying again!

Well, I had to reach out to Booking to find out if we were at the right place first off. It's called "The Sanctuary." Then my husband had to call to figure out how to get access to the building because the code wouldn't work when we tried. I was supposed to be sent an instructional video on how to find our room and it never came. Our keys to the elevator and parking pass were in our hotel room on the counter. There were absolutely no staff in the lobby for our entire stay (3 night and 4 days). The dryer in our condo turned on but would not dry our clothes. The biggest issue was getting access. Other than that, we had an amazing stay, despite the dryer not drying.
