Great location, lovely hotel with good pool.

Room was small for 3 adults with suitcases. Fried eggs were sometimes cold at breakfast.

This hotel is right in the thick of Chinatown. Everything you could possibly need or want to see is within walking distance. The temples, hawker market, incredible food options, shops and public transport are all within easy reach. The staff at the hotel are amazing, they are helpful, accommodating, efficient and friendly. The rooms, communal areas, breakfast area and pool are spotless. There is an excellent laundry area for guests where you can purchase washing pods, (2 for $1), use the washing machine ($5), dryer ($5) and there are a couple of ironing boards also. There is a change machine that converts notes into coins to use the machines. The pool is fabulous. It is large, the hotel photos dont do it justice! It appears to be a salt pool so no chlorine smell and there were plenty of sun beds and chairs. At the base of the hotel is a convenience store for bottled water and snacks etc. The Bell Team were also exceptional, they stored our bags before and after check-in/check-out, organised cabs, luggage transfers and were extremely knowledgable about the area. This was our 5th visit to Singapore and we will stay at this hotel for our next visit. The rooms included a small chiller for drinks, great air conditioning, a small desk, comfortable bed and breathable bed linens.

This is a minor complaint but the rooms are very small, there was only one bedside table and the vanity/sink is in the main room not the shower room. The shower and WC area is tiny, I think a larger person may struggle to manoeuvre in there!! We had 4 cases and ended up stacking them at the side of the bed with no table. However, when in Singapore, the room is for showering and sleeping! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a small chiller for drinks.

We arrived early at the hotel about 7.00am. We were advised to come back at 9.00am to see if we could get early access to our hotel. We didn’t expect being able to access our room but we were given early access, which we much appreciated as we were worn out after our flight. To get to the hotel, we got two trains from the airport. The train system is easy to use and you can pay contactless. The location of the hotel was close to Telok Ayer train station and access from the train station was easy as we could access the hotel directly from the train station via underground walkway. We were able to store our luggage after our checkout at no charge.

The bathroom was small.

Die zentrale Lage ist das absolute Asset der Unterkunft. Pool ist auch schön und gross . Betten sind bequem und gross.

Die Zimmer sind recht klein und haben null Stauraum, weder im Bad (das Teil es Zimmers ist), um Toilettenartikel aufzubewahren noch für Kleider. Wir waren in einem Zimmer für 4 Personen mit 2 Doppelbetten, und mussten unsere 3 Koffer am Boden ausbreiten, weil es wie erwähnt keine schränke gab. Wir mussten dann quasi über die Koffer steigen um ins Bett zu kommen. Frühstück bis 10.30. Personal hat schon um 10/20 begonnen mit putzen bspw. Kaffee Maschinen zu reinigen. Mit Zeitverschieibung aus Europa war es schwierig zu Beginn früh aufzustehen und daher war es unangenehm die Hektik am morgen.
