Fabulous location. Comfortable bed. Well equipped. Bathroom excellent with ample resources.

As per many other reviews, an extremely noisy fridge! A second pillow per person would have been welcome, as would a cafetiere. And a second key!

The location of the property is excellent, right in the heart of the main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The instructions regarding the location, key collection, room access, house rules, check-out, and city tax were all explained very clearly and in detail. There are also plenty of choices for food, restaurants, and cafés nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, a great location and a comfortable stay.

I was initially happy to see that the room had a split AC. However, I was disappointed to find that the temperature was preset to 22°C and could not be adjusted lower. Unfortunately, even at this setting, the room did not cool to our satisfaction, especially at night.

Location, clean, comfortable

High price

The property location was great right in the old part of town, walking distance to most things including the railway station and bus station. Kitchen was functional and the bed was comfortable . Place was very clean when we arrived. Self check in instructions were clear

This property has a lot of stairs. I did ask about this when I booked and was told there “wasn’t many”. In fact there were 2 steep sets of stairs to the apt. Also told someone would assist with our luggage if needed as we are elderly but there was nobody there. This property is NOT suitable if you are older and have luggage. We stayed 4 days and never got a clean towel yuck. Had to wait until the next day to get an extra pillow each. There is no comfortable chairs in the room just hard kitchen table chairs so you have to sit on the bed. Shower leaked when you showered quite a bit.
