The Hotel is one of the many old buildings in the pretty town of Gulgong. The rooms are comfortable, not flash - but have everything you need. The Staff and Meals were fantastic! Perfectly cooked steak and incredibly friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble. Great Bar area connected to the restaurant. Excellent experience to stay in a small country town with very friendly country people! Exceeded expectations!
Nothing!!! Everything was great! Rooms are a little old fashioned - but clean and comfortable with good amenities. No complaints!

Liked the staff, atmosphere of an old pub, the position to main street, parking, the room and bed and the little provisions they give you. Sophie is an amazing employee behind the bar. Nothing is too much trouble.
The menu. While there was good variety, there was nothing for gluten free, which is almost a must for every eating establishment.

I liked the very covenient central location. Also, pubs can be a bit noisy on a Saturday night. There was some bar noise up to about 10:30 but after that all was quiet. I slept very well.

Staff were so friendly
Very comfortable room and bed
Very clean but very dated bathroom
The taps were very far apart and almost impossible to wash your hands with out touching the sink sides
