Location is excellent. Host was a great communicator. The room was ready early. A huge bonus for us. The room was very clean.

Location was great as not to busy like other parts of city, the 10 min walk to Marble Arch public transport and Hyde park was great

Room was very compact

Light, clean, good location

Compact, noisy with other guests, needed curtains closed for privacy from neighboring properties

It is very well located, it has what you need for a short stay, it has AC, and a washing and drying machine on site.

It needed some TLC. The walls were stained and dirty, no kitchen sponge or cloths, the bathroom had mold in the shower, the sofa bed (which I clearly stated that I was going to use, and it was communicated several times before my arrival) was dirty, with stains, hair and food crumbs. I contacted the property when I was trying to make the bed and they told me just to put the bedding on top of all this because the cleaner cannot come and when I asked them for the vacuum to clean it myself, they said again that they could send the cleaner the next day. I spent the next morning waiting for the cleaner and she did not arrive, so I told them I will fix it myself. And on top of that, the doors open with a password that you can guess very easily.
