The house was beautiful! We were surprised the golf cart is a six seater and not a 4 seater as described. There was an issue with the garage door not working and the golf cart not charging properly. Someone came out to look at it immediately and it was just a breaker that tripped and they were able to fix it asap! That was pretty impressive! Didn’t interfere with our plans and they even brought us more towels!! The location was great and the neighborhood is beautiful! I highly recommend this property and this rental company!

I’ll start by saying if you are considering this house read every inch of the listing. I’ve never felt the need to before renting this home but from now on when booking future homes on Vrbo I will definitely be going through the listing with a fine tooth comb. The post says W/golf cart and there is even a picture of the golf cart that says, Golf Cart! So I assumed like I have at every other location I’ve stayed at, that it came with the house. It’s my fault for not reading the, About this house section, where they tell you there is a 75 a day fee to rent it from them. Every house we’ve ever renting came with a free golf cart and we specifically rent one with a golf cart for my son who is autistic and can’t do a lot of activities and the one thing he loves is riding around on a golf cart. I would not have rented this place if I knew it didn’t come with one. We could have found a property that was just as nice for the same price that actually came with one for free. So just beware when renting. This is the first house we’ve stayed out in the area that we haven’t loved. The house itself was beautiful(the floors weren’t clean but almost every house the floors are never clean). The information in the portal was wrong and communication the first two days was horrible. Also we had people come in the house twice(that we know of)while we were out without telling us, which is the first time we’ve had that happen. I don’t think we’ll stay at a realjoy property again.
