Fairly clean place , was very nice looking with the decor and majority of appliances worked just bring your own blender, plus the charges for to use everything, other than that it was great place to stay while in Florida I would definitely go back and stay there again, also the house is so big it takes the water a minute to get warm to wash dishes or shower, still I give it two thumbs up and want to say thanks for allowing us to stay!!!!

The house was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Any concerns were addressed and quickly resolved.

We enjoyed the space and the pool

The positive feedback I can give about this stay was communication with the property manager. Despite the issues we encountered, the property manager was always kind and responsive and quickly sent out staff to resolve issues. Unfortunately, we arrived we encountered issues with this house from the start. We arrived 40 minutes or so after our check-in time to find someone painting the kitchen island. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. There were pests. The floors, walls, curtains, carpets, doors, furniture, baseboards, shower curtains and patio were all extremely filthy. The refrigerators were missing shelves and drawers, the water filters need changing, and one of the refrigerators had a huge rust spot on the bottom. Not all bedrooms had furniture to place clothes in, some bedrooms did not have televisions, and most of the bedrooms had a single towel and hand towel at arrival. The kitchen is not well stocked with cookware or bakeware. There are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware, but the common pots and pans you would expect to find in a home of this size were missing. Most of the furniture is in need of replacement and a deep clean is long overdue. Also, the Wi-Fi is incredibly slow.We were thankful to have access to the garage since parking is limited. This was very convenient. The kids also enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed several barbecued meals thanks to the grill.
