Private, close to the beach, safe, clean, amazing location. Kayaking around the Waterways was fun.

Paddle boards were old very weather damaged, grill bottom was busted out.

ac did not work and it was hot. master bedroom bathroom the faucet doesn’t work and couldn’t use the bathtub since the stopper didn’t work as well.

House is wonderful! Very clean and well decorated. The master bedroom is huge! Walk-in shower. The location is amazing, 2 balconies with views of the harbor. Quiet.

I have been using Booking.com for a very long time and this booking was the least "smooth" in my opinion. I booked the house for my husband and his family; I was not part of the trip. We paid with a credit card that belongs to my husband. They still required a copy of both our IDs to be downloaded on their website, not sure why since I had nothing to do with this trip. Check-in instructions were a bit frustrating, no mention of when and how we can get the keys but an extensive list of what you cannot do in the house. I'm sure they had bad surprises in the past, but it doesn't make you feel welcome :-( We had to contact them the day before and they told us they will send the code the morning of. Not a huge deal, they were friendly and responsive, but this stress for us could have been avoided with better communication from the host from the start.

The location was great. It was a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Loved the layout of the house.

The house was in need of regular maintenance. The two main floor toilets were wobbly. The vanity was loose and wobbly, the towel hook was not attached in the main floor bathroom. The kitchen: Coffee maker leaked, refrigerator was dented and missing door shelves, the ice maker didn’t work and there was not enough utensils for seven people let alone ten people. Dining room table leg was broken. The main floor deck had a no seating. High top chairs would have been nice so we could enjoy the view. All living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable.
