Very close to the sea and a supermarket. In the comments, people warned about around 50 steps down to the sea, which isn't true. It's a lovely, flat road—I went down every day with a stroller. The Dia market is right across the street. You can see the sea from two balconies. Close to a bus stop where a bus to Málaga runs every 15 minutes. Very quiet area, great for relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need. There was a hairdryer, a drying rack, a high chair, sun loungers on the top terrace, etc.
I It was a bit hard to find our apartment number, but we asked the neighbors and they helped. You have to go down from the entrance near the pool, walk around the building, and at the very bottom on the left you will find the apartment ;) later you can easily go out through the back exit and everything is close by.

Alojamiento con parking privado y piscina, camas cómodas y bien equipado, con un baño completo y aseo. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y salón. Acceso cómodo y privado desde el complejo a la playa. Buena disponibilidad del anfitrión para cualquier cosa que se necesitara.
Ek apartamento era difícil de localizar ya que hay muchas escaleras y no es intuitivo, deberían dar indicaciones. Muchas, muchas escaleras.

Very clean, very comfortable, great localization, so close to the beach.
Not too much trash bags and toilet paper, the rest really to recommend.

Plenty of hot running water. Nice to have 2 toilets. Nice pool but a bit of an uphill walk to get to. Great views from top terrace. Good washing machine. Good WiFi.
Very difficult to find once you enter the top gate and so many steps ( difficult with suitcases). No clear instructions were given prior to arrival.
The pathways in front of property and down to complex gate for beach access were disgustingly dirty ( we cleaned it). The middle balcony ( from lounge)was filthy with bird mess.
The air conditioning in one bedroom was not working properly. Eventually after over 2 weeks it was fixed, but had 3 different visits from maintenance before decision taken to replace it.
BBQ is tiny and very rusty.
Limited glasses and dishes, especially for a long stay ( we had 24 nights).
