It’s perfectly located in our favorite part of Chattanooga. It’s always in top shape, and our stay is always very nice.
There hasn’t been anything we didn’t like in the three times we’ve stayed there.

Easy checkin, nice room, good breakfast, convenient parking

It was within walking distance of several restaurants and it was easy to get too. Tasty breakfast.
The price of parking. Not enough parking at the hotel. We were provided another location to park that was close. Our AC in one of our rooms didn’t work well. Even with someone checking from the desk, it still didn’t work as well as our other room (we paid for 2 rooms for 4 people)

Great location, parking was easy. We had one staff member that was very nice and helpful. I have completely forgotten her name but she had blue hair!! She as always so friendly! Cleanliness of the building was great as well.
First of all, the bed felt like sleeping on cement. The continental breakfast was terrible. The staff working on the specific day that we actually had breakfast were not nice and just seemed like everything bothered to them. The day we checked out, the one elevator for the entire hotel, was out of order! Luckily we were leaving and only had two bags so the four flights of steps weren't terrible.
