Nice quiet location, most facilities available, mostly comfortable room with additional sleeping mattress, quick, pleasant service. No deposit required. All good.

Ground Floor doesn't receive enough light due to shrubbery, actual patio door on to the alley with pedestrian traffic. Quite tight to squeeze to bathroom between bed and wall, would suggest turn the bed heading window to provide sufficient passage. Walking to the nearest beach is 30min not 15 as advertised. No bin containers to drop rubbish at the checkout within at least 300 meters (beyond the settlement along public road). Generally good accommodation with own pools, golf course, restaurant/pub and shop.
