The staff were exceptionally pleasant and obliging; the room was clean and well-appointed at its price point. The location is great, far enough out of the central city bustle. The hotel manager was exceptional in working through a booking issue and resolving it.
The restaurant was substandard and the meals and drinks were overpriced. The television entertainment was limited, with no television channels on offer. During the first week of our stay, the elevator wasn't working.

The restaurant had excellent service and taste. Mika, Gale, and Luther were fantastic.
Internet was out during most of my stay.

I think there should be more variety. Also, the cooks should be more consistent on cooking the food. I ordered the same breakfast, and my plate was cooked different each time.
The day I checked into the hotel When I received my key I was told by the receptionist that the elevator was not working and it will be fixed on Monday since I checked in on Sunday afternoon. Let me just say, that when I checked out on Friday the elevator was still down. I did not see anybody working on the elevator the whole time I was there.
