Easy to locate. Everthing you need for a short stay. Sonia responds immediately and is very friendly and eceptive to requests exactly what you hope for in z host: care and support.
I really enjoyed my stay there and will return. Being in the heart of the old town means you have the chance to meet and mix with the locals who I found very friendly and hospitable.
10 out of 10!
A suggestion: mark the stairwell light switch in a different colour to the wall to make it visible.
A shame there was only one restaurant open in the evening in the Place aux Aires.
Out of seaon I guess but it limits where to eat after 7pm.

Good equipment in general (kitchen)
Coffee machine (and some capsules offered)
Ability to cook
Good amount of space
Washing machine
The sponge for the dishes was very old and used (had a smell) which lead me to question about the cleanliness of the studio (otherwise it was okay)
There was no place to hang any coats or even towels. (Not very practical)
There was no kitchen towels
There was no facial tissues
I arrived at night and it was very cold inside. I had an uncomfortable first night and morning due to that. I would have appreciated to have the place heated up in advance. (I turned on the heat later on and it was good then)
