This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. Check in was easy, it took just a few seconds to get the door unlocked (keypad) but once you did it it was easy. Alana, my host, was attentive and responsive. I had no issues but I'm certain she would have quickly responded if she was needed. The room was cozy, about the size of a large extended stay hotel room. It was a little dated but I believe it's repaired storm damage more than age. The room appeared to have been recently renovated and was upgraded. Overall I only had 3 detractors, nothing over the top, more like suggestions. The shower head had low flow, you may want to clean or replace it. The air conditioner was loud and constantly running and the TV was difficult to see from one side of the bed because of the posts around it. These are minor things and did not take away from the stay. The apt had everything I needed and I would definitely book again.

It was a very quiet neighborhood, easily accessible, and clean. It was perfect for my quick overnight stay!

Cute place, good location.

Overall the place was nice. However, a couple of issues need to be addressed. the first and most important was the water. It smells like sulfur. The water actually stinks coming out of the shower and faucet. And NO water pressure in the shower. The other issue is that the screen door was NEVER on the tracks to open the balcony door, so we just left it where it was. The "waterfront" view....is nothing more than over looking an over flow catch pond next to the unit building parking lot. That to me is misleading. The area is a little sketchy as far as appearances go and parking lot lighting. It was a nice stay but unfortunately we probably would not go back.
