Location close to lots of restaurants, just 10-15mins from La spezia central. The room is very clean and quiet, and adequate space. Also the shower is strong and temperature is stable. And we are allowed to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. The TV was huge.
The WiFi was strong outside the room in the living room area, however it was too weak inside our room (room 6) that we were unable to connect to it.

Lovely room in a good location in centre of town. Great host with excellent communication. She responded very quickly to our messages.
The daily market is right outside so there was some noise very early in the morning but it did not really disturb us.
